What Solmira Psychology can offer depends largely on your needs as an organisation. We will start all projects with an initial consultation and discussion, followed by the creation of a collaborative plan. We can have as many rounds of feedback and changes as required until you are satisfied with what will be offered. We then work to create a bespoke and customised workshop, training package or consultancy agreement, after which we can support with follow up feedback and recommendations. Should you wish we also offer ongoing support depending on your organisation’s needs.

Dr Schroeter brings a varied set of skills and experiences to be able to support your organisation:
Teaching at Doctoral Level and universities for several years
Previous work within the pharmaceutical industry in HR responsible for staff training and development
Leadership and management of a multi-disciplinary team for 3 years during major transitions and change
Experience of working with stakeholders at multiple levels (including at executive level, corporate and fundraising boards, parliamentary representatives, NHS and third sector colleagues)
Experience presenting workshops to corporate partners on themes such as cancer in the workplace, stress and bereavement
Experience of supporting the delivery of conferences and workshops in multiple countries
What happens when I get in touch about a corporate project?
Consultation
We will firstly arrange a time for a call or meeting to discuss your project in more detail, and to plan a working agreement for the duration of this collaboration. This helps me better understand your needs, your organisation, and any budget considerations.
Refinement
The next step is for us to refine your project. If you have asked me to develop a bespoke workshop or training package for your team I will bring some draft ideas to you which we refine together to make sure that what I am delivering is what you have requested. We will do this as long as needed to make sure that the project works within your team.
Delivery
If you have requested some training to be developed for your teams, I will deliver this training either online or in person depending on your preference.
If you have requested for me to design a policy or procedure, or other document, then this will be delivered to you in the timescale agreed via email or post.
If we have agreed to have a consultancy meeting then we can arrange this in person or online depending on your preference.
Review and follow-up
I offer a follow up consultation either shortly after the project has ended or further down the line to evaluate the effectiveness of the workshop or training package, or to provide refresher training.
We can arrange as many follow up calls as part of the collaboration as you would like.
Costs
As we are developing a bespoke package for your organisation, we need to first discuss the scope of the work. Once I understand how much time, expertise and input is required to deliver the project for you I can give you a no obligation quote.
I will do my best to work within your budget - for example, if you let me know you have a set amount to spend on staff training and want to deliver a workshop regarding managing stress in the workplace, then we will work together to keep the time needed to design and deliver this within your budget.
