Individual Support

  • When we have our first appointment, we will complete a thorough assessment. I want to hear your story, what has brought you to this point and what you hope to gain from our work together.

  • Once we have agreed on what we want to achieve and whether this is possible, we will work out a therapy plan together. I primarily use evidence based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). We will always tailor these to your needs, making sure that what we are doing works for you at this point in time.

  • If you or I feel that the work we are doing is not the right fit for you, we will make a plan together as to where you might get better support for your needs. That might be via your local NHS services, charities or other third sector organisations. I appreciate your honest feedback about how you feel in our work together so that we can make sure you are finding the work useful.

  • Our individual appointments are £120 per 50 minutes and £180 per 80 minutes. We charge £140 per 50 minutes of couples therapy, and £200 per 80 minutes.
